Who are we?
 |
We are a "called-out" assembly of
believers in Yeshua Jesus from many denominations, who are
returning to the Biblical faith of the 1st Century. We meet on
the 7th day Sabbath (Shabbat) to worship and fellowship. We
study the Holy Bible from Genesis to Revelation. We call the
Sabbath
a delight (Isaiah 58:13) and celebrate
the Biblical feasts of the Lord.
As fundamental believers, we are
seeking
-
To be obedient bond-servants of
Jesus Christ (Yeshuah Ha Mashiach). We hold to the
Promise of Abraham that the righteous live by faith (Hebrews
4:13;
Genesis
15:6).
-
As believers in Yeshua Jesus, we
understand that we are grafted into the
Commonwealth of Isra 'el. (Ephesians 2:12-22)
|
We have
a
special mission.
-
To re-connect with the Hebraic roots
of our faith.
-
To restore the ancient foundations.
-
To repair the breaches in our
Christian faith (Isaiah
58:12; 2
Chronicles 7:14).
-
To be the Hebrew Root
resource center for the Church and Messianic Sephardim.
-
We pray for and support the people
and land of Isra'el. (Psalm 122:6-8)

What
We Believe.
We believe in One God Almighty, the Creator of the Heavens and
the Earth. He is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He chose
these men to be the human family through whom He would send
His Son, Yeshua (meaning Salvation) into the world to redeem
and restore fallen mankind again to fellowship with Himself
(John 3:16).
Yeshua Jesus accomplished His task
by being the sinless, innocent sacrifice for our sins. He
died and rose again from the dead. He ascended into Heaven
and is seated at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty.
He will come again to judge the living and the dead. He will
establish His Kingdom forever (Revelation 11:15).
Yeshua Jesus promised that the
Father would send the Holy Spirit to live in and through
those who believe on Him and obey God's Word. We believe the
whole counsel of God (both Old Testament and New Testament)
is the inspired Word of God. As believers, the Holy Spirit
dwells within the Temple of our hearts, enabling us to keep
His Commandments in loving obedience (Matthew 5:17-19). We
use the current version of the 1611 King James Bible as it
is based on the manuscripts of the apostles as preserved in
the Byzantine Textus Receptus.
